Alpaca Males for Sale

Cloud Dancer's Winter Fandango

Medium Fawn
ARI#: 31681315
DOB: 12/7/08
Dam: Wookie's April Snow
Sire: HRAZ Lucian
Price: $3800

Why not start with a champion, if you are going to purchase a young male with breeding potential? And here's one to take a close look at!

We love Fandango's look, and clearly the judges do, also. In his first show he was fawn male color champion! One glance and you know why. Bold, strong crimp, uniform color and style across the fleece, strong bone, and a good solid frame plus perfect bite and presence enough for several males. This boy will make his mark somewhere...it might as well be in your herd.

Fandango's pedigree is filled with industry greats: King Solomon, Camilio, Don Juan, Don Julio, Legacy and Augusto. Nothing lacking there. We own both his sire and dam, and both are strong breeders with no health problems.

If you are looking for a young male with huge potential, give Fandango a chance to show you what he can do. We think you will be quite pleased.

Fandango started his breeding career this fall (2011) and settled his first female in one try!

Cloud Dancer's Phoenix Rising

White
ARI#: 31681346
DOB: 2/21/09
Dam: Austine F0379AOA
Sire: ELK Hercules
Breeding: Fiber Male
Price: $500

Phoenix has glorious fiber...fine, crimpy, long staple...awesome! So why are we selling him as a fiber male? After 14 years of breeding alpacas, we find our standards for breeding males have gotten quite specific. Phoenix, like many others, does not quite measure up. He lacks some in the fiber density department, and his hind leg conformation is not exactly perfect. In all other respects he is a beautiful boy, with a perfect bite, and a freindly personality. He will produce excellent quality fiber if gelded, so if you are looking for fleeces that slide through your fingers like silk, here's your boy!

Cloud Dancer's Autumn Adagio

Medium Brown
ARI#: 30850149
DOB: 10/3/2007
Dam: Fudge's Peanut Parfait TTE
Sire: 640 Peruvian Admiral Grey
Price: $1500

Adagio has potential for producing excellent crias. He brings a lot to the table:

-3/4 Peruvian with a nice pedigree
-Very fine fiber with extra long staple length that crimps from skin to tip. 2009 AFD = 21.0 microns.
-Solid conformation and presence
-Perfect bite

Adagio is the product of one of our best producing females - every one of her crias has won ribbons for us - and our rose grey herdsire, Admiral Grey. In addition to his beautiful phenotype, Adagio has a great personality and loves to be the first to greet visitors to his pen!

Adagio took third place in a highly competitive brown yearling male class at the 2009 Southwest Regional Show. Judge Sharon Loner commented favorably on the fineness of his fiber and his presence.

We own his sire and dam, so we must let Adagio go. We offer him at a very reasonable price - let him work his magic in your herd for years to come!

We're also willing to sell him as a non-breeder (per ARI rules) for only $500, simply because we can't use him and we are out of room in the boy paddocks!

640 Peruvian Admiral Grey

Modern Rose Grey
ARI#: 845232
DOB: 11/4/02
Dam: 6Peruvian Adrianna
Sire: 6Peruvian The Saint
Price: $3500

Admiral is a beautiful modern rose-grey boy that we co-own with Gordon Teele Farms. He comes from the Stachowski Alpacas breeding program, and his sire, The Saint, is well-known for his pre-potence. These genetics are not represented much in the western U.S.

Admiral, or AG as we call him, is conformationally sound with a nice macho presence. And look at the fiber! Great coverage with locks and crimp down the legs, front to back bundling with high frequency crimp, great uniformity, and fine, fine, fine!

AG is proven and his crias have been winning ribbons at Level IV and V shows across the west. We've included a photo of one of his offspring here.

Where else will you find this quality of male for this price? We are offering AG now because both we and our partners have his genetics, so it is time to share the wealth!

Grab yourself this blue-ribbon winner, and get your own show crias as a result!
